n Momentum in Sales | The Anti-Marketing Manifesto

In between watching roadrunners scurry across our desert backyard lawn… I respond to client emails and record quick, micro-audios answering their questions and providing insights on the things they’re wondering about.

I’m working with several clients who’ve purchased my Anti-Marketing Jumpstart Kit.

…And I’m seeing a pattern of “loss of momentum” shortly before it’s time to address sales.

Ah, sales… the moment where someone hands you money in exchange for your product or service.

You either love that moment, or you loathe it. (I love it. ?)

When people get to the sales page and/or traffic part of their funnel… there’s often a sharp drop in momentum.

I don’t hear from them for a while… and I have to “check in.” Lol.

A life event comes up, a challenge or obstacle comes up, or “SOMETHING” comes up, and the client can’t (or won’t) work on the part of the funnel designed to bring money/sales in.

(Or they won’t sustain a traffic strategy long enough to fully know if it truly “works” or not.)

I know what this is about, because I’ve seen it many times.

And I need to address this, because THIS is what sabotages a business’s sales more than anything else: a person’s drop in positive momentum.

X They slow down on their business
X They stop doing the actions that bring forward progress
X They put income-generating activities on the back burner
X They rest when they haven’t fully warranted the rest
X They stop to “recalibrate” when not enough action was taken to warrant a recalibration
X Etc.

Yes, I’m calling this out.

It’s not the external world… the economy…or political drama that halts a business…

It’s the internal ‘switch’ a person makes, in which they choose to stop the positive momentum.

It’s usually rooted in some kind of fear, confusion, or resistance to breaking through wherever they’re at now.

And they just need to move through it.

Fear doesn’t really go away… you just move through it.

Uncomfortable feelings don’t ever go away… you just move through it.

Inconveniences never go away… you just move through it.

You strengthen yourself to be able to handle more fear, more uncomfortable feelings, and more inconveniences… and get to the point where you’re like, “That’s nothing…”

(I may need to build a mini training around this topic for everyone who purchases my Jumpstart Kit in the future.?)

“Any plan will work if you’re consistent at it and you work diligently at it…” even the pet rock made millions.

The problem is, people won’t stick to something long enough to make it work. (I’m working on this myself, when it comes to sticking to my macros.)

People won’t “test” their plan wholeheartedly, to see if it’s truly wheat or chaff… to maximize it to the very end.

They switch directions as soon as something bright and shiny (or challenging) comes along.

And this causes them to lose momentum.

Keep the momentum going.

P.S. Did you know that in my AMM Jumpstart Kit, I look at your Human Design chart before we start crafting your funnel content? It’s a little extra bonus I like to throw in… because energy is everything in business & sales… and if you’re trying to “be something you’re NOT,” it won’t work.

What works for the Manifestor, Generator, or ManiGen will feel “off” AF to the Projector and Reflector… and so, everything needs to be tweaked to account for the different energies.
