Meanwhile, the “home page” sits stagnant in cyberspace, not doing much. It just collects dust. Its primary flaw is that it’s non action-oriented.

It’s like someone who sits sedentary all day, failing to use any muscles, failing to do any “work,” and slowly rotting into nothingness.

That’s why every home business needs a LANDING PAGE!

Meaningful action happens on a landing page!

Also known as a “lander,” it’s the ultimate tool for connecting a business to a customer.

A landing page is a simple page where you offer something for free, in exchange for an email addy. It contains an opt-in box, some well-written copy, and an irresistible free offer.

(People receive my emails because they opt in to MY landing page.)

A lander should have a clean, professional design that makes it “pop.” This is the final touch to really make it shine.

A lander offers you one of the easiest ways to gain a new customer for life. It facilitates the first step in bringing someone new into your database.

As a “doorway” into your business, the lander acts as a solid entry point for people to get on your list and quickly place their first order with you.

It lets you constantly stay in touch with people via email…allowing you to give them updates, educational articles, inspiring offers, and more.

A well-crafted lander does 4 things:

  • Helps you build your list full of well-qualified customers who love your stuff
  • Facilitates the customer’s  FIRST order with you
  • Changes a customer’s life for the better
  • Creates massive sales for you, over time
