n My Goals for 2022 | The Anti-Marketing Manifesto

2022 is off to a great start!

Are you focused on what you want to create this year?!

Or are you focused on what you DON’T want?

Whatever gets the most attention, energy, and emotional investment is what you’ll manifest.

Here’s a quick 5-minute video I made, in response to people asking about MY goals for this year:

You know… I love everything about the goal-setting process.

I love setting goals, reaching them, and learning from them.

Process goals and outcome goals are both valid.

For example, “work on my 2nd book every day” is a process goal I have for 2022. Whether I work on it for 1 minute or 60 minutes, that counts towards hitting my goal for the day. (Usually I work on it 1-2 hours a day.)

“Move to Arizona,” “rent a house,” and “get a dog,” were all outcome goals that I reached in 2021.

Each of those outcomes came with a bunch of tasks that had to be completed within certain timeframes.

What are your goals for 2022?

Make sure you have at least:

  • 1-2 outcome goals that inspire you and light you up
  • 1-2 process goals that challenge you daily, but also move you toward the outcomes you want
